New Student

Student who want to enroll at Cebu Mary Immaculate College Inc are requested to bring the following requirements:

College

1. Birth Certificate / PSA (Original & Photocopy)
2. Baptismal Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
3. 4 copies of 1×1 colored picture with white background
4. Grade 12 Report Card / Transcript of Records (TOR) – for transferees
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Entrance Exam Fee: ₱ 500.00

High School and Elementary Level

1. Birth Certificate / PSA (Original & Photocopy)
2. Baptismal Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
3. 4 copies of 1×1 colored picture with white background
4. Report Card
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Entrance Exam Fee: ₱ 500.00

Old Student

Student are who are already enrolled at Cebu Mary Immaculate College Inc., are requested to bring the following documents upon enrollment:

College, High School and Elementary

• School Report Card

Returnee

Students who missed one school semester are considered returnees and are requested to bring the following document upon enrollment:

• School Report Card

Shiftee

Students who wished to change/shift to another course are requested to bring the following documents upon enrollment:

• Copy of Report Card from previous semester
• Approved Shifting request form fron the department Dean

Transferee

Student who wanted to transfer from other School/University to Cebu Mary Immaculate College Inc. are requested to bring the following documents upon enrollment:

• Original Transcript of Record from previous School/ University
• Birth Certificate / PSA (Original & Photocopy)
• Honorable Dismissal
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Entrance Exam Fee: ₱ 500.00
